The entire front cover of this altered Reader's Digest is coverd in a Treasure Island beaded book cover. The inside is collaged in a variety of ways. Many of the pages are embellished with beads of various sizes.

Books are Only the Beginning
This necklace features pieces of an old book cover cut into interesting shapes. The smaller pieces have been bezeled around using seed beads. The elements have been strung together and backed by beaded netting. The closure is a button and loop clasp.
